| The house is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of St Laurent de Carnols in the magnificent Cèze Valley. It is particularly well placed with an unspoilt view of the river and its valley (not another house in sight!). St Laurent de Carnols is a great starting point for walks, bike rides, or outings. The famous Sautadet waterfalls near the Roque sur Cèze are close by and Goudargues with its shops and cafés is only 4 km away. After an outing, you will look forward to some peace and quiet by the pool. |

| The nearest shops (butcher, 2 bakeries, grocery store, supermarket, newsagents & tobacconist, chemist, petrol station) are in the attractive village of Goudargues (see our excursion guide). And you’ll find a larger selection of shops in the pedestrian streets of the market town of Bagnols-sur-Cèze 9 km away, together with a good choice of super/hypermarkets. |

| The house is a recent construction and because of its great position, large enclosed garden with swimming pool and garage, you are guaranteed a comfortable holiday. The pool is available in July and August (on request for all other times). A set of boules (pétanque) is at your disposal for playing in the garden. The house has a huge sitting room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 people and the kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin and WC |
