Location and surroundings

The house is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of St Laurent de Carnols in the magnificent Cèze Valley. It is ideally positioned and has unspoilt views of the valley and the river. St Laurent de Carnols is a great starting point for walks, bike rides or car trips. The Sautadet Waterfalls at the Roque sur Cèze is close by and Goudargues, with its restaurants and shops, is only 4 kms away. At the end of an action-packed day, you'll appreciate the swimming pool and the peace and quiet of the garden.

Shopping possibilities

The nearest shops are in the attractive village of Goudargues (see our Excursion Guide) - there's a butcher, 2 bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, a supermarket, chemist and a garage. In the larger town of Bagnols sur Cèze, 9 kms away, there's a selection of super/hyper markets, as well as numerous boutiques in the pedestrian zone.

The house is a recent construction and, with its large enclosed garden, swimming pool and double garage, offers modern comforts and standards. The pool is available from mid June to mid September. The house has 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm double bed, one with a 140cm bed and the third with 2 single beds) and a huge sitting room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher and there's a washing machine in the laundry room. The bathroom has a bath, shower and basin. Separate WC.
